Virgin food-grade kraft arrives on jumbo reels — 300–330 GSM, certified toxin-free.

A starch-based, food-safe glue is applied in a whisper-thin line. No solvents, ever.

Spiral winding

Three to four plies wrap a mandrel at speed — the classic spiral wind you see in the stripe.

Compression

Rollers press the plies into one rigid, perfectly round wall.

Drying

Controlled heat cures the bond — this is where "won't go soggy" is engineered.
